Best exterior selant for windows?

Hi, I noticed that some of the sealant between the window frame and the concrete surround (not the glass and frame) appears to be coming away. I want to re-seal, but am unsure what's the best product for the job. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Have a look at Dow Corning 791 and save yourself some pennies.
