does anybody know if there is a filler to use on skirtings that are going to be clear varnished as the internal mitres are quite poor and they have been countersunk and screwed to the wall

i would go for antique pine or light to medium ok
the filler needs to be a darker browny yellow colour to match the colour of the pine in 2 years time when it will be an antique pine colour
do not match the colour now you will regret it
