BEST FIXING FOR GREEN RAILWAY SLEEPER OUTDOOR TABLE

I'm building a chunky garden table and bench from tanalized railway sleepers (200mm x 100mm) and wondered which is best for fixings?

These:

I need a mixture of 200mm and 150/160mm.


I know someone will no doubt mention stainless steel - no thanks, I know it'll be the best but the fixings will also cost more than the timber.

The treated ones from Toolstation are probably better than zinc plated, in practice there probably isn't a big difference.
