Best floor for an outbuilding?

Hi

I have just had built a large outbuilding. It has a solid floor with screed finish. It will be mainly used for storage but I want it to be clean and hygienic.

Though it has cavity insulated walls it doesn't have heating and so will see extremes of temperature.

I also need to keep costs in mind.

Would I be better of with laminate flooring or tiles?

Rubber coin type flooring I'd say, you'd probably do that whole room for £100-£150.
