best oil boiler and hot water system?

for a 4 bathroom house, he wants to be knocked out when he turns the showers on!

must be oil boiler. all underfloor heating will be working off ground source heat pump so just 12 radiators upstairs.

Megaflow the best option? any recommendation's on boiler?
