Best thing to do is understand what type of enginnered flooring you want and what surface finish will best suit your needs best.

Understand the differences and advantages/disadvantages of ply and solid layered construction and make some choices from there. Most quality independent floor specialists can talk you through what you need.

If you are on a tight budget, the 'sheds' and DIY centres will offer product at a price but understand that these lower prices are not for a product of substantial quality/finish.
