best plug to go into a breeze block for a door frame ?

well i usually have no real problems with the brown plugs,but if there really that weak perhaps try using a 6mm drill bit and bang in a brown plug,also once done you could also use some expanding foam as well,BUT MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS LEVEL PLUMB AND NOT IN WIND before doing this.
