Best sealant - brick to uPVC frame

Afternoon. Noted the post below about replacing sealant, this is slightly different.

Recently fitted uPVC window and door into brick wall. "Everbuild" silicone sealant was used which I have noted is peeling away by itself (probably due to some sort of shrinkage in the sun). I need to get this rubbish off and replace it with something of a better standard. I've previously read on here about Dow Corning being the best sealants (there are several types though), does anyone have any recommendations on which is the most reliable brand/type to seal between the brick and PCV frame?

Preparation is more important, no sealant will stick to a powdery surface.
 
Yes make sure surfaces are clean then use a low modulus neutral cure silicone
