Best sealant

Hi

I have differential settlement between parts of the house and need to fill the 10mm to 30mm gap in the brickwork.

Polysulphide mastic seems tobe hard to get with some websites reporting its not really used any more.

What would you use? Would a general purpose neutral cure silicone be best?
