What Sealant for Worktop / Upstand

The sealant between my worktop and upstand (both laminate) is starting to peel in places so I'm going to remove it and reseal.

I've used Dow 785+ a number of times for kitchen and bathroom jobs however I note they now do a 785N which is neutral curing rather than acetoxy based.

Which would I be best using and why?
