Best thing for filling in plasterboard joints?

Its only one wall that will have a join in the middle of it. All the other walls only required one board so means I just got the corners to fill in. Like you guys said, call in the plasterer or I could take the boards back and get tapered edged.

You don't need square edged boards, the internal corners wont make that much of a difference, and butted up flat joints, just feather the joint out a bit wider than normal.
If the room is small and you can avoid the flat joints, or install the boards length ways and hide joints beneath tile line. Then you will only need corners to deal with.
The reason caulk won't do, is because it will not deal with the material movement and will start to fail.
In the past, when orders had been cocked up and sq edge rather than tapered edge boards had been delivered, we used to get a subformer to butted edge and taper it down a wee bit.
