I am currently building an outside kitchen with a built in BBQ and also a wood fired pizza oven. The worktops are plyboard and will be tiled. I was looking for some advice to what the best tile would be given that I do not want them to conduct too much heat as they will be around the pizza oven, yet they will need to be easy to clean.

yes the plyboard will be completely covered (edges included) with tiles and edging.
