Best value suspended floor acoustic insulation?

I've got about 50 square meters of floor joists between ground and first floor in insulate.
Thinking to use Rockwool 100mm acoustic slab, though it seems to come in 600 wide - bit inconvenient for 400 Centre joists.....

Any other options anyone can recommend?

For heat or sound?
Slabs can be cut and the offcuts patched in, although for this application a roll might be better. Bog standard loft roll would work unless you are trying to meet a specification.

Went for a roll in the end.... Cheaper! For sound....

I know its only early into Autumn but has there been a noticeable benefit both sound wise and possibly heat wise?
