Best way to clean a UPVC Conservatory

I jet wash mine every spring (now 7 years old) but only direct the jet at 90 degrees to the window glazing & roof bar seals; don’t start blasting away directly at the edges of the seal or you will force water under them & could even cause damage. I don't use any chemicals or detergent.
