Best way to fix gap between floor and skirting especially in the corners

Last year, we got the wooden floors replaced. Terrible quality of work. There is a gap between the floor and skirting board. Some places he placed a reaper to cover it but in the corners, I can see the gap and it looks ugly. I am going to get the whole house repainted. I was wondering if there is something I can do to make it look better. Thanks in advance.

I used 2 pack wood filler on mine.
Was done 10 years ago I guess..

Masking tape on floor but lined up with architrave. You don't want the masking under wood inside the gap. Just as the 2 pack is setting which is about 10mins, pull masking tape. If filler fully sets its very hard so masking won't come up easy.
Let the filler dry for 30 mins or more then put the masking tape around again to protect floor when you sand filler and paint.

That's how I done mine.

Looks like it needs painting again. Gets knocked
