Good evening all. We've just moved into our new house which came with a double garage with flat roof covered with corrugated steel. The joints are not great with sealant missing and there are a couple if leaks. My plan is to stitch the joints properly with self tappers and then seal with either cromapol-scrim-cromapol or bostik flashband primer and flashing tape. Could someone please advise which method would work best? I've heard Cromapol is only good for emergency repairs and doesn't last very long. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks, David
