Absolute garbage, both product and service. My customer bought 800x800 shower enclosure for their ensuite, which wouldn't fit because of a pitched roof. I wrote down for the customer max sizes for the enclosure (700x900x1850). The customer took the old enclosure (
unopened) back and asked for a replacment showing them my note with max dimensions on. Better bathrooms sent them away with a 900 x 1200 enclosure, apparently no one makes a 700 x 900 enclosure
. The basin was a designer resin jobbie with the waste cast into the basin, whoever cast that waste in must have had a skin full, it was more ****ed than me after 15 pints. I had to replace the supplied cistern couplers and drop valves on two identical toilets because they would not seal. Their service is atrocious, and they point blank refused to speak to me even with the customers permission. Their products are cheap chineese crap, whith the cheapest nastiest fittings you could ever have the misfortune to find. Personally I would steer well clear.
