Better Bathrooms Eco S9 shower dripping

We have an 8 or 9 year old Better Bathrooms ECO S9 shower that's leaking. It's a concealed valve with an outlet to a head in the ceiling and also a hand held head on the wall.

I believe the shower is now obsolete, what are the chances of me repairing it? Would there get standard sized washers/o-rings inside it?

Also one of the knobs is stuck, would you try to heat it to remove it?

Or should I just get a new complete unit? It's tiled in but there is a hole in the wall behind it, covered with a photo frame from a previous leak.
