Triton T80Z dripping issue

Hi,

We have had our Triton T80Z shower for a few months and it has developed some dripping issues. Firstly water leaks out of the top of the shower hose where it joins the outlet when the shower is in use resulting in water running down the outside of the hose and drippping where the hose bends to reach the shower head. Triton sent a new hose but this only resolved the issue once I put two washers where the hose meets the outlet.

However since doing this it now drops out of the head when the shower is not in use. If I take the hose off then loads of water gushed out of the hose and water also pours out of the outlet. The water stops and then I'm left with a very slow drip out of the outlet.

Is this a solenoid issue?
