We have had bi-folding doors put in. It uses a moveable post corner system, such that the entire system folds away to the left and the right. The illustration below shows the shape, which has two 90 degree corners:

The middle top corner is the moveable post and the vertical line is the locking door.
We have found the door does not sit in the shut position, without being pushed into placed and locked. The reason for this is the door touches the seal slightly before it shuts, springing it open.
It's only minor, but I always thought doors should mostly be able to sit in their shut position, without being pushed open by the seal. I think this is partly caused because the two angles are not exactly at 90'degrees.
So is this normal? Should that door be able to sit at 90'degrees, or is it normal for the seal to spring it open where they meet closer to the hinges, slightly before the door is actually shut.
