Have now taken the front off the boiler and can see the fan is working.
After the fan starts up , there is a quiet click from something beside the fan and then after 3-4s the fan stop and there is another click and light comes on.
I am slighty confused to where the venturi device is though. I can see the APS connected via the air pressure test point to a circular metal box/device sitting beneath the flue. However this labelled as the fan in the manual. But sitting just outside of this box is to me what looks like a fan ie a multibladed spinning object ! Is that really the fan and the circular metal box, which the plastic tubes from the APS connect into, the venturi ?
