Biais 24S lockout problems

Whatever !

Have now taken the front off the boiler and can see the fan is working.
After the fan starts up , there is a quiet click from something beside the fan and then after 3-4s the fan stop and there is another click and light comes on.

I am slighty confused to where the venturi device is though. I can see the APS connected via the air pressure test point to a circular metal box/device sitting beneath the flue. However this labelled as the fan in the manual. But sitting just outside of this box is to me what looks like a fan ie a multibladed spinning object ! Is that really the fan and the circular metal box, which the plastic tubes from the APS connect into, the venturi ?

YOu're getting into Corgi type person territory. I don't mean to be rude but if you're having trouble working out which part is which, perhaps you shouldn't be in there.
If the next suspect part is what I think it is then you would deffo need an engineer.

I know this - as I stated in the original post. I have no intention of trying to fix it myself unless it was as simple as oh this tube isnt connected anymore , ill put it back. And your quite right to point this out so dont dont feel as if you are being rude !
Iwould just like to know how it all works so when an engineer comes round Im not an easy target
