bIASI 24 S 90E PRESSURE DROP

I have a problem with biasi 24s 90e combi boiler which is dropping dropping filling pressure (aproxx 1.8 bar to 1.2 bar in a couple of weeks), but the the heated pressure is remaining constant approx (2.2 bar at 55 degrees) when heating is running. Is this more likely to be a leak or a pressure gauge fault as I cannot understand why the filling pressure is dropping but the heated pressure remains constant.

The gauge can stick but its more likely to be a real problem.

Have you checked the PRV vent pipe for leakage?
