Biasi 24s combi condenser boiler wont fire up

Hi. Have the above and was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas. The pump runs but the fan doesnt kick in. Both green lights flashing and then after a few seconds, the red light comes on and it then locks out. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Your boiler is an M90 and you should edit the title to correct it.

This is likely to be a gas/combustion problem which is not suitable for a DIY repair so we cannot give advice about it here.

So apart from checking the tube on top surface has a plug in place and the flue is not obstructed outside then the only other advice is to get a gas reg engineer.
