Hi all --- have read a few threads on what seems to be a common problem but where do u start and how???? Spoke to biasi, they suggested i give the service agents a call but there is no answer:? Water is ever so cold in the mornings. Anyone in birmingham who can help. TIA

You should get warm water with the heating on!

Try turning the flow rate down to increase the temperature.

Bill and his son should be able to sort you out but leave messages or keep calling.

I would be happy to oblige but I am in London and not due to go to the Midlands until Tuesday!

Hi thanks for the reply. If you mean the flow rate at the tap -that didn't work. Admitidlley this problem was surfacing itself every now and then over the past week and i thought it would just correct itself???*^*$ When i heard the kids scream "ahhh cold water" this morming - i knew we'd gone past the point of ignoring it. BTW who is Bill??
