Biasi 96.24SM/c

I have a Biasi 96.24 combi. The spark electrodes continue to spark after the boiler has fired up which runs for a few seconds then shuts down. I have replaced all of the electrodes, including the ignition electrode. I have disconnected the splitter wire and the condensing chamber is dry.
The second engineer to look at it is getting frustrated, so any input would be appreciated.
