I’m currently experiencing trouble with my boiler so far i have had the NTC sensor, diverter valve, PCB, Condensate trap and sensor, pump and electrodes replaced....I’m now getting a new gas valve fitted?....the problem is that safety thermostat lockout keeps occurring? I’m under a contract with NPower so its their 3rd party company that come out to fix it, nice guys but having a nightmare of a time diagnosing the issue. any ideas please get in touch. if it makes any difference the type of boiler is a Biasi M110.32 SM/E.
