my biasi boiler keeps locking out (red lock out light appears), after pressing the reset buuton the boiler the try to kick back in(ignition sparks starts) but then locks out again and takes quite a few atempts before the bugger starts working.

please can anyone give us advice

This will be a fan/aps/venturi/gas valve/ignition PCB problem.

However all these are gas/safety related and require a CORGI engineer!
