BiasiMF9024S red lock out, not igniting

We have had a Biasi M90 24S for about two years.
Fitted new thermostatic shower approx. 4weeks ago and since then boiler started to lock out (red light on). Never happened before.
But then started to lock out every few hours at a time, worked well with CH but intermittent with DHW (turned DHW on a 50/50 if locks out)
last few days it locked out every hour or so
Today will not ignite whatsoever and when resetting, cannot here the normal clicking when trying to ignite.
Please can anyone offer any advice on likely fault of continuous lock out and now the ignition problem

Assume your condensate is not frozen / blocked ?? are there not 3 lights on the front of the boiler ? that flash ? light up in a particular sequence ? which should indicate tell u something ??

can't see any 3 led lights, only 1 green light (appliance operation lamp) can be seen from front on this model - so don't think the 3 light diagnostic is available on this model.

pulse is quite fast on green lamp - taken off cover of p.c.b and can't see any other lights (if there are other lights then they are not flashing)

pump and lamp seen to be working - when pressing reset button can hear fan start - but cannot hear any clicking which would have thought would be normal when igniting

Must admit all these Biasi codes for various models do my head in , they all are codes for names eg riva ? riva advance , parva , Activa , garda , prisma , Mk1 & Mk2 ect ect ????????????

M90 24 s = a riva plus , installed prior to 2005 ?? MF9024s ????

there are 3 diagnostic lights on this model 2 green & 1 red if you cannot see all 3 than a panel on the electrics needs to be removed in order to view them ?? I would suggest that u seek profesional help !!

Garda indicates it is the B&Q model/ version !
