Hi
Recently had fitted a new boiler, hot water is fine but can not get the central heating working! Any ideas anyone please?
Taken the boiler out of the UK to a french property so out of Warrenty & Biasi aren't interested, already had to buy a new PCB due to there being a fault with the original one.

Thanks

Always good to hear there is one less Biasi in the UK. You moved it to France? Why not go the whole hog and take it back to Italy

Seriously though, is you boiler the one with the grey Honeywell diverter valve motor? This will be in the bottom middle of the boiler, behind the PCB housng.

If so it will probably just be the cartridge stuck.

For the CH to work it needs both the room stat to be up and the right control knob clockwise AND the timeclock in the working position.

Simply put the timeclock in the down position if you have the older type with a red slider and toggle the left button so it shows "on" in the display. If its the newer one then fiddle until you get "- - h" and "on"

Its possible whoever replaced the PCB did not correctly "key" the plug on the timeclock as it has no locating guide. I can help if necessary.

Which departement are you in?

Tony
