BIASI COMBI BOILER

My boiler has packed in, when we either try to turn on the heating or hot water it tries to fire up but it doesn't! The pilot light seems to be off as well, is that normal, has the pump gone. has the ignition gone.

Help!!

Consult your manual for how to relight the pilot.

If it won't relight, you will need a Corgi to look at it.
