hello, Biasi M90E 32s , hot water works but no heating,pump runs continuously,.recently had fitted, both pcbs, dhw flow switch, both temperature probes, overheat stat,. serial number NO20950705. I would appreciate any advice, thank you.

It sounds like you have a stuck magnetic shuttle.
The boiler should fire up every 10-15 min to keep the plate HE warm.
On most models it is not a DIY repair because the gas valve needs to be removed to access the shuttle.
Sounds like someone has been blindly changing a lot of parts unnecessarily! Who's idea was that?

Thanks Tony, that was very helpful,. this boiler always seems to have various kinds of problems, its nine years old now and gets a lot of stick. cheers mate. :
