Biasi m90e cutting out constantly

I asked this in the CC but have not had any more replies, I'm sure there must be someone in here that will have come accross this problem.
Here goes---

The boiler does not light in Hot water or Central heating it just fires for about 4/5 secs and then goes off and repeats this, it is the single PCB board type , Thermisters have good resistance (on cold as it does'nt get hot at all) and the APS/venturi, Flow switch diaphragm is fine.
Any ideas?

This would often be the resistor on the pcb in series with the det electrode being open circuit.

Thats if all the other tests were ok.

In the CC you asked about a 24S.

Does it do it with the casing off ?? have you checked the flue ?
