I recently changed a leaking rad valve in bathroom. I shut off all rads upstairs and drained system off from downstairs rad until pressure gauge on boiler was 0 and said rad was empty. after completing job i opened all rads and refilled system and everything is working fine but the boiler is now dripping water constantly from the external relief pipe and the pressure gauge is constantly reading 2.5. i thought i had overfilled the system so released some water from the bleed valve on a rad but the pressure gauge dosent drop and the drip is still constant whether heating is fired up or not. I am now worried i have inadvertantly created a fault.any info or advice appreciated.
