Help i am having problems with biasi rive 28HE m96 combi boiler all three lights on left plus lock out light flash simultaneous press lock out switch. lock out never stops flashing but three lights on left go to one light far left solid on for about a second then all three plus lock out start flashing simultaneous. In the manual it says pcb wrong but bought new one fitted it and its just the same I am to skint to get a engineer and starting to get cold dirty children running round house.

The PCBs are about £160 plus !
A competent boiler engineer usually charges about £84 to diagnose the problem.
It seems you started off trying to DIY and now have to face the consequences of getting it wrong!
Its often cheaper to call a professional!
