hi, i have a biasi h32... on the 28th dec the boiler wouldnt start up, an engineer came n said flame detector was broke n needed parts. Came back on 11th jan n fixed it in 5 mins. 20th jan the same problem arose n engineer came on 22nd n said needed another part for the flame detector. i've still got no hot water or heating......are they having me on or what ? is there a way i can get it going myself because its freezing again. HOMESERVE are supposed to be good aint they ? NO NO NO NO NO
