Has anyone had any experience with these contraptions?What did you pay and where from.Do they need emptying more than once a year?
The house we are buying has a soakaway which is just about clapped out and the ground is unlikely to pass a porosity test.
Theres a stream at the bottom of the garden and Ive been told I can apply for permission from the Environment Agency to discharge the effluent from a Biodisc into it.
