Black and Reddish marks on floorboards

Anything to worry about with these floorboards? I'm not aware of water damage but a coal bucket may have been stored in this general area over the years.

Also any tips for getting sunken Phillip's head screw out that are filled with varnish would be greatly appreciated as my current method is with a small flat head screwdriver and a Stanley knife is a bit time consuming.

An old Phillips screwdriver, get the tip hot, and put it in the screw head slots - or a sharpened small terminal driver, tapped with a hammer, to clear the slots out.

some of those marks are where rust and tannin has converted to ink in the pine. Oxalic acid will clear those. any tars spilt or rubbed in would stay put.
