Black Ice

Hi, my Samsung American Style Fridge freezer has began to produce black ice. Probably one in 5 are black. I looked into the tray where the ice cubes are made and there is a black oily residue inside.

Could anyone suggest any ideas please. I'm stumped at what it could be.
