They all cost about the same about £10-15 for a typical dwelling and the immediate surrounding area.

For our location plans and site plans we use a Promap.

You will have to register as a user and the maps cost minimum £14.
 
I also use promap but, if it's a fairly simple situation, I sometimes trace over a google aerial photo. They come out quite well and takes no more than about 10 or 15 minutes. Once drawn you just need to re-scale to a known dimension.

I thought I was the only one tight enough to have done this! :P
 
Four or five beer tokens per plan. No small matter.
 
Last time I did this I downloaded a neighbours plans from the council website, and changed the red outline highlight on their block plan from their property to mine.

Tight - yes!
