BLOCKAGE IN PIPES

i think he means that if you are an existing customer - they'll be there whenever and if your a new 'potential' customer they will be there ASAP.

Gavinda - do you work for BG then?

yeah.... just dont like the comments we get... like any big company people only talk about the crap that happens.. never the good, like the keston 80 hex i did today . for free.

hmmm.. cant see a profile... how do i find it... same forum engine as another i use but no button

i think you have to click my name on the thread list and not in the actual threads themselves.

The normal problem, if I've read you right, would simply be an air-lock in the pipes to the HW cylinder from the boiler. The blue ones are the pipes from the boiler, annd there would be a vent of some type at point V. Usually something to undo, with a screwdriver, spanner, or finger and thumb.

If there's an immersion heater fitted which has power to it, but only CW is coming from the HW taps, then the immersion heater's bust.

i would ignore agile and his unfounded claims about BG, knowledgable man in many respects but the workings of BG isnt one of them.

I think Tony is generally a lot more open minded about Bg than many.....every company has its failings but bg is generaly the only one big enough for them to become noticable.
