Blocked Drain

Well that's a result (ish). Be prepared for a bill if the blocked section is only serving your house (it doesn't become shared until it joins the run from the next place)

They said it’s definitely in the section they are responsible for, so said I won’t be paying for anything.

Yes, it was a long time - but a lot of time was spent trying to unblock my drain so they could actually send a camera down and find the problem!

Glad they found the blockage.......................................but 5hrs? Looks like someone dragged the job out.

Have you seen UU in 'action' on the TV? If we took that long to do anything we'd be out of a job within days, and you'd be out of business after the first week!
