Blocked hotpoint

My hotpoint says blocked get help. Ive checked the pump waste pipe etc. Cant see what's blocking it and cant afford to pay for it fixed. Only had the washer a few months and i would appreciate it if somebody has any idea what the problem could be thanks in advance

If its only a few months old then phone hotpoint.

you forgot to say if it's a washing machine or a dishwasher.

Describe you you removed and cleared the filter and both hoses.
