Hi.
I've got a kitchen sink fitted to an island. The 40mm waste runs under the floor for about 2m and exits the outside wall before teeing to a vertical soil pipe.
I've got a blockage in the 40mm pipe. I've been able to get a drain snake through the pipe but it blocks again after a few days.
I'm trying to work out what I should do next. I've got a drain cleaner attachment for my pressure washer but can't get it in at the sink end because there's two apposing 90 bends.
I was thinking about dismantling the connection into the soil pipe to get access, but everything looks solvent welded together.
Another option may be to install a boss on the opposite side of the soil pipe to give access. But I'm still not 100% sure if be able to feed my drain cleaner attachment about the bend.
Any thoughts on if any of this seems feasible / worthwhile? or should I give up and call out a pro.
Thanks.
