Blockwork tolerance question

What is the tolerance with blockwork where the half bond has been broken and perp joints above do not align, before it starts to become structurally unsound?

I know for brickwork it is a quarter of a brick, would it be the same for a block?
 
Won’t be unsound at quarter of the bond.

is it an odd brick or whole wall. :eek:
 
Certainly not the whole wall just one or two courses here and there
