I have removed blown render to brickwork underneath, do i now give it a scud coat slurry/ wet dash? and if so do i wet brickwork? or give it a coat of SBR/bonding agent? and if it is the bonding agent, should i let it dry, then give it another coat of bonding agent and while it is still tacky go on with the scud coat slurry? or alternatively could i put a scratch coat straight onto the brickwork? if this is the case, do i give it a coat of SBR/bonding agent and let dry? and/or give it another coat of SBR/ bonding agent and while still tacky apply scratch coat? Thankyou.

OP,
Why not post apic or pics of the issue?
Typically, you remove all blown render back to the brickwork before attempting to re-render.
Dont try to remedial render on top of render.
