Blue MDPE pipe

I need to install a new water supply (32mm MDPE). In an ideal world, I would do it before laying my concrete floor but due to delays, I wonder if it's acceptable to use a duct and pull a MDPE pipe though at a later date? Is it difficult to pull the pipe? What about bends?

Otherwise maybe I will just delay things until the water pipe is in place first

Have you considered putting the pipe in the duct and then burying it in the concrete, coiling up the ends of the pipe as necessary to reach their final position?
