These were used to reduce expansion/contraction noise when a metal radiator hangs on metal brackets. Does anyone know if they are still available and where can I get them please (er any colour will be fine).

The last rad I fitted had them in the packet but they were cream.

Of course as I had no idea what they were for I threw them away.

Just rap a few turns of insulation tape around the bracket where the radiator hangs. It will do the same job as the 'plastic thingy'.

Hope this helps

Andy
