Blue text ad links and 8.1

Hello I have an issue with automated highlighted blue text appearing on this website which links to websites when clicked.
It appears on random words within the text.

Also have windows 8 get getting upgrade messages for 8.1, is this something I should be updating to?

I think you will find its Adware and you need to rid of.
Download and run either or both of these.

i use the adblock and everything has been fine until the beginning of this week.
I have found something in chrome>tools>extensions called link swift, not a clue what it is but said installed by a third party. i have strict no third party rule, two parties is enough for me, so deleted it, seems to have done the trick!
