Boat Problem

Just bought a 13ft boat, but need to make a cover for it because seagulls are using it as target practice in Brixham. I know a groundsheet will do the job, but what I want to know is..where can I get the kit to fit my own eyelets into the groundsheet to be able to make a snug fit for the boat? Help please

Perhaps I should have said that I have looked on Google and found similar items for curtains, but are they as robust for boats in the sea?

As you're on the south coast, it should be fairly easy. Just ring a local sailmaker, they have all the sort of bits you could think of.
