Boiler 60 second fire up?

Hi,

My Heatline C28 fires up on CH for 60 seconds then shuts off for a bit then fires up again for 60 seconds then goes off. This is when the CH is on for a while and it has been doing this for some time. When the boiler fires up the temp indicator goes up from 60 > 70 > 80 then the boiler goes off.

Is this just the system getting to a certain temp then going off? Is this normal?

I have had problems with the HW which i have now fixed thanks to the guys on here but thought that this was part of the now fixed problem.
